Dinner and street stalls

Dinner was a Korean style barbecue. Cherie ordered pork neck instead of pork belly. She thought it had heaps less fat. It was very tasty. Cherie was our excellent interpreter and our cook! Cherie cooked and cut the meat up with big scissors. We wrapped the little pieces of meat, salad, sauce, garlic, mushrooms etc up in leaves... (lettuce leaves and what looked like mulberry leaves. There were special marinated leaves that were tasty too.)

Earlier we saw a street celebration close to Stuart and Cherie's apartment.
After sampling a few dumplings, we walked to dinner.
